The Marathon Plus is lined with a SmartGuard protection belt. Formed from natural recycled rubber, it is often stated as the most efficient belt on the market. The 5mm solid layer is notably flexible, providing enduring confidence, agility and protection. The Marathon Plus is essentially immortal, proving to outmatch the threat of glass, thumbtacks, nails etc, even deeply embedded objects! Alongside these numerous strengths, the anti-aging sidewall has been designed to endure typical overloading from insufficient or improper inflation.

This material does not shed upon braking or loss of tyre traction. Additionally, the upgraded compound is far more robust, providing larger lifespan and longevity.
